Chain of Custody Policy
August 2025 by Michelle Motschke
The ENPOINTE Senior Management Group demonstrates our commitment to the development and implementation of the Chain-of-Custody Control System: FSC / SFI Certified Printed Materials and to continually improve its effectiveness by:
- Communicating to personnel the importance of meeting Chain-of-Custody regulatory requirements
- Establishing a ENPOINTE Chain-of-Custody Control System: FSC-STD-40-004 v3.1, FSC-STD-50-001 v2.0 / SFI 2015-2022 – Certified Printed Materials policy
- Department Managers will ensure that any employee working with or on a FSC / SFI job will require training by their department manager prior to performing the required task
- Conducting annual training with reference to current FSC / SFI regulatory requirements
- Ensuring that personnel performing tasks are provided with the appropriate resources
- ENPOINTE will conduct an annual audit of FSC / SFI procedures
- Conducting Management Reviews of the Chain-of-Custody annual audit findings and providing support and recommendations for improvement to the System or any of its related processes
- ENPOINTE’ Director of Purchasing and Manufacturing Support will act as the FSC/SFI Liaison for ENPOINTE Brooklyn Park Campus (Corporate Headquarters) located at 6845 Winnetka Circle, Brooklyn Park, MN 55428
A line taken from the ENPOINTE Quality Policy states “We continuously improve our systems and processes to produce the highest quality products and services” and the Chain-of-Custody Control System philosophy is similar in scope.
